Welcome to my website.

In our complex world, it’s easy to be busy – travelling, having meetings, checking emails. Often, we are so busy working in our professions and organisations, that we lose sight of whether we are being effective, fulfilling our potential, living ‘our purpose’, let alone maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

This is where Oliver and Company can help. Our role is to work on your business by facilitating those valuable opportunities you take for ‘reflection’ to ensure they are used to best effect.

Our experience spans the work spectrum. In particular, we specialise in the development of effective partnerships within and between teams, professions, organisations and sectors. Our focus is on building trusting relationships and helping people to have useful conversations. We aim to blend our comprehensive cross-sector experience and knowledge with a sensitive understanding of politics and cultures.

We will tailor a solution to meet your particular needs. Depending on your projected goals and outcomes, we deliver:

  • One-to-one coaching.
  • Facilitation of board, team, partnership or community events.
  • A safe and high trust environment in which to challenge real issues.
  • Quality time to think through critical concerns.
  • Practical plans for action that can be implemented immediately.
  • Effective management and reporting of the facilitation process.
  • Energising space in which people find their own solutions.
  • Links to connect people and ideas.
  • Development of your skills, knowledge, abilities and confidence as effective leaders.

Judy’s Diary

What’s happening over the coming months?

Most of my work over the next few months involves:

1. Working with doctors, particularly those in training and those in leadership roles in the new Clinical Commissioning Groups in different parts of the country, or those in training to be in these roles in the future.

2. Working with other professional groups, including optometrists, Macmillan Nurses and physiotherapists to strengthen their contribution.

3. Coaching and facilitating people in very different worlds, including pensions, museums, local government, children’s centres and regeneration.
