In our complex world, it’s easy to be busy – travelling, having meetings, checking emails. Often, we are so busy working in our professions and organisations, that we lose sight of whether we are being effective, fulfilling our potential, living ‘our purpose’, let alone maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

This is where Oliver and Company can help. Our role is to work on your business by facilitating those valuable opportunities you take for ‘reflection’ to ensure they are used to best effect.

Our experience spans the work spectrum. In particular, we specialise in the development of effective partnerships within and between teams, professions, organisations and sectors. Our focus is on building trusting relationships and helping people to have useful conversations. We aim to blend our comprehensive cross-sector experience and knowledge with a sensitive understanding of politics and cultures.

Your Feedback

ANKLe’s United we Stand, Divided we Fall Conference, held on 25 September 2009 was a great success. The next Conference is scheduled for Thursday, 25 February 2010.
