Charlotte Cummings BA (Hons)
Charlotte is Business Development Director at Oliver & Company (UK). Her current portfolio includes facilitation and leadership development support to a range of NHS organisations including GP Practices, GP Federations, Mental Health Trusts, Community Services and NHS England. In addition to her support to the NHS, Charlotte supports University and Public sector organisations with leadership development including resilience, conflict management and managing operations and teams through culture change.
Charlotte is an experienced Prince2 Practitioner Project Manager, specialising in leading change projects in the private and public sector. Charlotte is a trained facilitator and mentor, specialising in service development, strategic thinking and managing transition for organisations and individuals. She is trained in supporting individuals and organisations using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has wide experience of people and project management within fast-paced, commercial environments.
Charlotte’s previous career was with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group where she undertook both people and project management roles within the Retail Banking environment. Charlotte worked as a senior change manager overseeing projects within the Group’s telephony and internet banking channels. Her work comprised of complex, operational and strategic change programmes, the implementation of new products, resource and operational risk management.
As part of her not-for-profit portfolio, Charlotte was a Director and Head of Finance for Doula UK, a not-for-profit membership organisation supporting the work of Doulas across the United Kingdom. Charlotte has a degree in English from the University of Nottingham and is based near Salisbury in Wiltshire.
